DAKOTA RIDGE SPORTS ASSOCIATION PAYMENT POLICY

Fees for all Dakota Ridge Sports Association sports that an individual is registered for  MUST BE PAID IN FULL by the final deadline set forth by the Dakota Ridge Sports Association Board of Directors an applicable Sports Directors. Any outstanding fees after that deadline will result in the registered individual not being permitted to participate in the sport they are registered for with their Dakota Ridge Sports Association team. This includes practices and games. Their status will be INELIGIBLE. **Once payment for outstanding fees is received, the individual will become eligible to fully participate with in the sport they are registered for with their Dakota Ridge Sports Association team***FAILURE TO PAY OUTSTANDING FEES WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME FRAME SET FORTH BY DAKOTA RIDGE SPORTS ASSOCIATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS WILL RESULT IN THE INDIVIDUAL BEING UNREGISTERED FROM THAT SPORT AND REMOVED FROM THE DAKOTA RIDGE SPORTS ASSOCIATION TEAM ROSTER***

NOTE:  Fees for Camps and Clinics that are sponsored by Dakota Ridge Sports Association for Dakota Ridge High School MUST be PAID IN FULL prior to the first day of camp. Registered participants for Camps and Clinics with outstanding fees on the first day of camp will be UNREGISTERED from the camp and unable to participate.

BY SUBMITTING YOUR ONLINE REGISTRATION TO DAKOTA RIDGE SPORTS ASSOCIATION YOU AGREE TO ACCEPT AND ADHERE TO ALL DAKOTA RIDGE SPORTS ASSOCIATION PAYMENT POLICIES AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND ASSUME ALL FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL FEES INCURRED FOR SAID REGISTRATION.

****If you are having difficulties paying your fees on time, we would like the opportunity to try and assist you. Scholarships are available for Dakota Ridge Sports Association sports teams. SCHOLARSHIPS ARE ONLY AVAILBLE TO INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE LIVING WITHIN THE DAKOTA RIDGE AREA (meaning that Dakota Ridge High School is your home school area wise)...SCHOLARSHIPS ARE NOT AVAILABLE TO OUT OF AREA INDIVIDUALS. Please see our SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM page for information and instructions on how to apply....We also have PAYMENT PLANS available to ALL registered individuals who need some extra time to pay fees in full...Please call the DRSA office at 720-407-4359 or email us at drsaom@hotmail.com to find out about options available to you. (PAYMENT PLANS MUST BE FOLLOWED EXACTLY...FAILURE TO ADHERE TO AN APPROVED PAYMENT PLAN WITH RESULT IN THE REGISTERED INDIVIDUAL NOT BEING TO PERMITTED TO PARTICIPATE IN PRACTISES OR GAMES WITH THEIR DAKOTA RIDGE SPORTS ASSOCIATION SPORTS TEAM AND/OR BEING UNREGISTERED AND REMOVED FROM THE TEAM ROSTER)...Payment plans MAY NOT extend past the final game of a sport.

DAKOTA RIDGE SPORTS ASSOCIATION REFUND POLICY

**All refund requests MUST be submitted in writing to drsaom@hotmail.com. Verbal requests will not be honored.

**All refund requests will be reviewed and approved/denied at the full discretion of the Dakota Ridge Sports Association Board of Directors and applicable Sports Directors 

**FULL REFUNDS MAY ONLY BE ISSUED IF: (Includes, but not limited to conditions listed below)

-Dakota Ridge Sports Association is UNABLE to place a registered individual onto a Dakota Ridge Sports Association team (meaning that there is no team available)

-A registered individual suffers an injury PRIOR to the start of the season and practices and games have not begun (injuries occurring during a season in which practices and/or games have begun will be considered on a case by case basis and a refund amount will be determined based on where that individual and sport are in their season)

**PARTIAL REFUNDS MAY BE ISSUED IF: (Includes, but not limited to conditions listed below)

-A registered individual CHOOSES to withdraw from a sport or tryout and PRACTICES and GAMES HAVE NOT STARTED FOR THE SPORT and/or team. ***NOTE:  $100 of any registration fee paid will be retained and is NON-REFUNDABLE  for admin costs that occur for registration and are paid upfront and non-refundable for Dakota Ridge Sports Association

-A registered individual suffers a season ending injury and practices and/or games have begun (this will be considered on a case by case basis and a refund amount will be determined based on there that individual and sport are in their season)

****IF PRACTICES and/or GAMES HAVE BEGUN AND A REGISTERED INDIVIDUAL CHOOSES TO WITHDRAW FROM THE SPORT THEN NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED****
