2025 EAGLES SPEED AND AGILITY CAMP
CAMP OBJECTIVES: This camp is designed for Elementary thru High School student-athletes to have fun and grow towards their full athletic potential. Sessions benefit athletes of all sports and are designed to help increase stamina, strength, power, agility and many other qualities needed to succeed as a student-athlete.
CAMP SESSIONS INCLUDE: Plyometrics, resistance training, form running, coordination drills, uphill/downhill training, acceleration and deceleration training, change of direction drills, cardiovascular endurance training, sprint mechanics training. Use of fun training manipulatives such as mini hurdles, ropes, ladders, reaction balls, bungees, speed chutes, etc.

CAMP LOCATION: Dakota Ridge High School Football Field - 13399 W Coal Mine Ave (C470 & Bowles)
AGE: Grades 2-12th (2025-26 school year) All Kids Welcome!
WHEN: MONDAY/WEDNESDAY/FRIDAY MORNINGS
Grades 2-9: June 9-July 11 (9:00-10:15 am)
*NO CAMP JULY 4*
Grades 10-12: May 28-July 4th (10:30-11:30 am)
WHAT TO BRING: T-Shirt, Shorts, Tennis Shoes and Water Bottle
COST: $125 per participant

This camp is for ALL DRSA 2025 REGISTERED TACKLE FOOTBALL PLAYERS. This camp is included in your 2025 fees and is NO EXTRA CHARGE to you. YOU MUST REGISTER TO PARTICIPATE...PLEASE DO NOT JUST SHOW UP.
**NON DRSA TACKLE FOOTBALL PLAYERS GRADES 1-8 are welcome to register for this camp for a registration fee of $100 per player**
