2026-27 BOYS AND GIRLS YOUTH BASKETBALL GRADES 2 - 8

**REGISTRATION OPEN**

2026-27 Fee 2nd-4th Grade (Boys and Girls): $225 per player

2026-27 Fee 5th-8th Grade (Boys and Girls): $350 per player

Fee Includes: Gym Space (practice and Home Game), JPS Scheduling Fees, Officials (1 Official for 2nd-4th grade games...2 Officials for 5th-8th Grade games), DRSA Admin Fees, 2026-27 Season Scholarships, Gym Monitors (if needed at a location), JPS End of Season Tournament Area Contribution (t-shirts, gym space, and officials), and Liability Insurance.

**THERE WILL BE A MANDATORY BOYS TRYOUT FOR GRADES 6-8 AT THE END OF SEPTEMBER/BEGINNING OF OCTOBER...MORE INFORMATION WILL FOLLOW AT A LATER DATE**

**ALL NEW PLAYERS TO THE DRSA BASKETBALL PROGRAM MUST PURCHAS A NEW UNIFORM, WHICH CONSISTS OF A CUSTOM SUBLIMATED REVERSIBLE JERSEY AND SHORTS**

***RETURNING DRSA PLAYERS FROM THE 2025-26 BASKETBALL SEASON DO NOT NEED TO PURCHASE A NEW UNIFORM UNLESS THEY NEED A JERSEY, SHORTS, OR BOTH PIECES DUE TO LOSS, DAMAGE, OR NEEDING A NEW SIZE***

BOYS REGISTRATION

GIRLS REGISTRATION

Players in DRSA participate in the JPS (Just Play Sports) League.  This is a Jefferson County Conference League. Teams including, but not limited to, from Green Mountain, Arvada West, Chatfield, Columbine, Conifer, D'Evelyn, Evergreen, Lakewood, Mullen, Pomona, Ralston Valley, Standley Lake, and Wheatridge, all participate within this league. Practices should begin the week of November 2, 2026. Practices will be held at locations within the Dakota Ridge community.  Games should begin sometime the week after Thanksgiving 2026. 

The season will conclude with the End of Season Tournament that usually takes place the last couple of weeks of February (usually top 8 teams in each division). DRSA teams (Grades 5-7) also have the option of registering and playing in the Gold Crown League, IN ADDITION TO, playing within the regular JPS league.  This will be a team decision, and the registration and payment for this extra league will be done through the Gold Crown website by the team coach and it's players.
