2025 Eagles Speed & Agility Camp - Summer 2025

CAMP OBJECTIVES: This camp is designed for Elementary thru High School student-athletes to have fun and grow towards their full athletic potential. Sessions benefit athletes of all sports and are designed to help increase stamina, strength, power, agility and many other qualities needed to succeed as a student-athlete.

CAMP SESSIONS INCLUDE: Plyometrics, resistance training, form running, coordination drills, uphill/downhill training, acceleration and deceleration training, change of direction drills, cardiovascular endurance training, sprint mechanics training. Use of fun training manipulatives such as mini hurdles, ropes, ladders, reaction balls, bungees, speed chutes, etc.

Camp Info: DRHS youth soccer camp is designed for elementary/middle school aged players 3rd-8th grade. Players will train with appropriate age and skill group. Players will receive individual, small and large group instruction. Camp is open to boys and girls all skill levels.

Camp Objectives: To provide high level instruction to support player development with technical, tactical, physical and mental components of soccer. Players have fun working towards personal goals. Each day character counts and players will develop honor and respect for the game.

Boys & Girls Grades 3 - 8 (2025-26 school year)

$175 per participant (includes training jersey, popsicles on final day!)

Dates: May 28, 30, June 2, 4, and 6, 2025

AFTER-CARE AVAILABLE - for $25 per day   1:00PM - 3:00PM (Payable at Camp)

Please bring a water bottle and a basketball clearly marked with your name (if you don't have a basketball, that is fine)

2025 DR Junior Eagles Rec Cheer Season - Fall 2025

 Calling All Cheerleaders & Newbies 3-14 Years Old

Boys and Girls ages 3 - 14....Come STUNT! TUMBLE! CHEER! DANCE!PARADE! Perform at multiple community events and MORE! 

Teams & Fees: A deposit of a minimum of $150 can be made and balance will be due by July 7th!

$315.....6U - Mini Eaglets  (Ages 3 - Kindergarten)

$475....10U - Blazing Cardinals (1st - 4th Graders)

$475....14U - Elite Navy (5th - 8th Graders)

Team Placements: Team placements will be held on Monday, July 21st, at 6:30PM. If you're unable to make team placements, your child will still be placed with the age-appropriate bracket.

Practices:

6U - one weeknight practice per week

10U - two weeknight practices per week

14U - two weeknight practices per week

(Goal is Mon/Wed evening; this is subject to change based on space availability at the school)

Season: First week of August to Mid December with games and performances on vary Saturdays. NO SCHOOL=NO CHEER, so if Jeffco Public Schools are closed for the day, there will be no practice aside from those initial August practices.

Tentative Dates: First Practice - August 4th, Varsity Football Game - August 29th, Homecoming Parade - September 18th, Rock the Ridge - November 1st, Rec Cheer State - Mid December

Uniforms: Uniforms will be ordered and sold separately through Varsity. New POMS and BOWS this season, plus the addition of a uniform liner. Uniform fitting will be held on July 21st, and orders will be due July 28th. Late orders can be made but uniforms will not be guaranteed to make our first event if processed late. Uniforms average around $150 depending on what you order.
