Fee:  Grades 2 - 4  $225

          Grades 5 - 8  $350

Fees Include - Practice/Home Game Gym Space, Officials (1 Official per game Grades 2-4; 2 Officials per game Grades 5-8), DRSA Admin fees, Liability Insurance, JPS Scheduling Fees, Gym Monitors (if needed at a location), 2026-27 Scholarships, End of Season Tournament Area Contribution (t-shirts, gym space, officials), and Liability Insurance.

Frequently Asked Questions
  • When Will The First Practice Be?: Practices should start around the first week of November
  • When Will The First Game Be?: The first game of the season normally starts the week after Thanksgiving.
  • Can My Player "Play Up"?: Players are discouraged from "playing up" and may only do so with prior approval from a DRSA basketball director before enrolling. Regardless of this, all players MUST enroll for their correct grade.
  • Where Will Games Be Played?: Away games will be played at various locations. Home games may be played at Summit Ridge Middle School and/or Lilly Gulch, The Ridge, and Dakota Ridge High School.
  • Should Returning Players Buy A Uniform?: Returning players will NOT be required to buy new uniforms. They have the option of not purchasing anything or only the piece that they need.
  • Do New Players Have To Buy Uniforms?: YES!! ALL NEW PLAYERS TO DRSA BASKETBALL MUST PURCHASE A NEW JERSEY....SHORTS ARE OPTIONAL.
  • What Do My Fees Include?: DRSA Admin Fees, Gym Space for Practices and Home Games, JPS Scheduling Fees, Officials, Gym Monitors (if needed at a location), 2026-27 Season Scholarships, Area Contribution for End of Season Tournament( T-Shirts, Gym Space, Officials) and Liability Insurance.
  • Pay A Deposit When I Register?: YES! A $100 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is due when you register. This amount will be applied to your total fees once your player is placed on a DRSA team.
  • Why Is My Deposit NON-REFUNDABLE?: This amount covers non-refundable processing and admin fees. **Refunds of the deposit amount ARE ONLY REFUNDABLE IF DRSA CANNOT ASSIGN YOUR PLAYER TO A TEAM.
